Ciao, RiRi does not issue refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchases. RiRi kindly asks that you consider your purchase carefully.

Exchanges

At Ciao, RiRi, I pride myself on delivering beautiful, quality, handcrafted jewellery. All of my jewellery is handmade from start to finish. Whilst quality is one of my foremost priorities, small imperfections or ‘beauty spots' as I like to call them, are intentional and only add character and uniqueness to each piece.

I gladly offer exchanges or a credit note (excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind within 7 days of receiving your item. Our credit notes are issued in the form of a gift card and are valid for a period of 12 months. The item(s) needs to be returned within 14 days of you receiving them, if it is not received in this time frame it will not be accepted. The item(s) must be received in the exact condition it was sent out in. The item(s) can not be worn or altered in anyway and must be returned in its original packaging. 

Additionally for hygienic reasons I do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings. I kindly ask that you consider your purchase carefully. Furthermore refunds or exchanges are not offered on custom made pieces.

Should you wish to return and exchange an item please contact us via email within 7 days of the date of purchase for details on how to return your items.

Please ensure your items are securely packaged as Ciao, RiRi does not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit. 

Refunds

Ciao, RiRi does not offer refunds for change of mind or exchanges on custom-made pieces. Refunds will only be issued for items that have been assessed and deemed faulty. 

I pride myself on quality of craftsmanship. Any fault will be repaired at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Repairs after this date may incur a fee. Manufacturing faults do not include general wear and tear; wear on gold plating, broken chains; misshaped bands, bent wire or ear studs.

Repairs

Sometimes accidents happen, if you have broken or damaged your Ciao, RiRi piece and wish to have it repaired please contact me via email.
